Refund & Return Policy
At Mishi Collections, we take pride in the quality of our jewelry and fragrances. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and opened perfumes cannot be exchanged unless they are damaged upon arrival.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

IIf you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at mishi.collections01@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and the packaging. We will replace the item for you at no extra cost.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Items on Sale or clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.

Custom-made or personalized orders are also non-returnable.
4. Refund Policy

We do not offer cash refunds. However, we provide Store Credit or Exchanges of the same value if the original product is out of stock or faulty.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item for exchange (unless the item was received damaged). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
